Daryl Henry

Vice President

As Vice President, Southern Alberta for Richardson Executive Search, Daryl strategically works with senior level leaders, across multiple industries, assisting them achieve their executive level recruitment needs. With over 5 years in recruitment and staffing, Daryl spent the previous 18 years in progressive executive leadership positions with a leading Canadian telecommunications company. In total, Daryl carries nearly 30 years of diverse leadership, strategy and business operations experience and excellence with a very strong and successful background in building, coaching and developing high performing teams. Daryl is very active in the Calgary community as a junior achievement volunteer, a board member of the W.H.L. alumni association and a volunteer with the Calgary JR A Mountaineers Lacrosse Team.

Sandy Jacobson

Vice President

Sandy Jacobson has a proven track record as an executive search professional and has been in the human resources and staffing industry since 2006. She works with an array of clients in various industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, engineering, construction, supply chain, health & safety, human resources, not for profit, etc. She is passionate about her field and brings a strong sense of urgency and customer service to any candidate or client she is working with. Prior to her interest in recruitment, Sandy spent a number of years in provincial politics, commercial real estate, start up projects and corporate fundraising.

Scott Stoppler

President & Chief Executive Officer

Under Scott’s leadership as President & Chief Executive Officer, Richardson Executive Search has experienced tremendous growth in both revenue and market share, building off the foundation in Edmonton and opening offices in Calgary and Vancouver. His focus is on the company’s long-term vision, brand development, and on-going recruitment. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and proud graduate of NAIT’s business administration program. Currently Scott is the Chapter Chair of the Alberta Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and represents the chapter on a regional level. He is Past President for the Edmonton Chapter Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), and has served as Honorary Chair of the Hummingbird Gala for the Alberta Diabetes Foundation and for the Avenue of Hope for the Lurana Shelter. Scott is an alumnus of Edmonton’s elite “Sizzling Twenty Under 30” group and is a 2013 recipient of Business Leaders of Tomorrow award. Under Scott’s direction, Richardson supports numerous charities across Western Canada.

Joleen Droste

Executive Search Consultant

Joleen is no stranger to Richardson Executive Search. She was previously employed with Executrade (also part of the ECL Group) as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Manager Permanent Recruitment, making her a perfect fit for her present role as Executive Search Consultant in Calgary. Joleen is focused on finding the best candidates for the roles Richardson recruits for, screening potential candidates for the right opportunity, and working closely with the Vice President to meet both client and candidate needs. She possesses a B. Comm. in Communications as well as an RPR,  which proves invaluable to her function.

Katie Schneider

Executive Search Coordinator

Katie’s enthusiasm and passion shines through as she assists in providing administrative support to search assignments with Richardson Executive Search. She is engaged in every step of the search process, from start to finish, providing particular and fundamental support to the primary search lead. With a strong background in academic research, Katie utilizes her skills and experiences from international research projects and applies it to the critical and diverse ‘strategic fingerprinting’ research needs of Richardson Executive Search.

Dr. Darryl Moore

Client Integration and Optimization

Darryl focuses on leadership assessment and integration by identifying, testing, and integrating Richardson’s leadership theory and practice into our processes and specific client search needs. Darryl has over 15 years of leadership, marketing, and innovation experience in organizations including SunRype, Newell Rubbermaid, Hewlett Packard, and Shaw Communications. He holds a doctorate in organizational leadership, two masters degrees, and he instructs leadership and business concepts in both traditional and online classrooms, for MacEwan University and others. Darryl spends much of his spare time working with at-risk youth and in youth educational programs.
